With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and project planning, I specialize in NEC contract management and Primavera P6 programming.
A Chartered Engineer (C.Eng. MICE) since 2008, my expertise spans large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, rail, and utilities.
I have provided planning support in delivering complex programs such as the AMP7 Severn Trent Wastewater works, HS2 Earthworks Remediation, Transpennine Rail Upgrade, and multiple motorway-related schemes.
Collaborating with industry leaders like Avove Utilities, CR Civil Engineering, Costain, BAM, Duo, Morgan Sindall, BMJV, I ensure efficient project planning and execution with precision.
With a strong foundation in Primavera P6 I bring methodical planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills to every project.

Civil Engineering – Project Delivery
After graduating with a B.Eng in Civil Engineering in 2000, I began my career in the UK as a Site Engineer. I became a Chartered Civil Engineer in 2008 and progressed through roles including Site Agent and Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of civil engineering projects.

Project Planning (2018–Present)
I began my project planning career in 2018 with the Costain-Galliford Try JV on Smart Motorways. Leveraging over 18 years of project delivery experience, I quickly developed the core planning skills essential to successful project outcomes. These include strong communication, organisation, adaptability, a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle—from design to completion—collaborative planning, and the ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture.
In 2020, I joined Plan Ahead, where I worked on a diverse range of projects, representing clients, Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors. These included new developments, highways schemes, HS2, Smart Motorways, and AMP7 Wastewater Treatment projects.
I specialise in Primavera P6 and the NEC Contract, and I understand that every client has unique needs. Whether you require detailed site-level planning with NEC Clause 31, 32 or 62 programmes and tailored narratives, or a high-level strategic overview from tender through to project close, I can adapt to suit your requirements.
